On March 7, 2007, FSIS conducted a tabletop exercise simulating an influenza pandemic. The exercise was held at USDA's
Emergency Operations Center in Washington, DC and at the FSIS Atlanta District Office.

After Action Reports

focus on the roles of Federal, State and local government agencies, and the food industry to work together to
detect, respond to, and recover from a non-routine emergency incident.
